Attaching DAS sources to ensembl via links

This is a slightly tricky thing to do and the exact format for doing so has changed occassionally.

down the bottom under “Examples – attach external data”.

One of the examples using r= does not work as it specifies the gene as well.

Here is an example that works and attaches the ms_das data source from the Sanger and has a label of “peptides confirmed by mass spectrometrometry” that appears next to the track which corresponds to the DAS data source “title”.

another currently working example that attaches a source to a is this:

and attaching via an ensembl gene:

http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Location/View?g=ENSMUSG00000049878;contigviewbottom=das:http://das.sanger.ac.uk/das/ikmc_products=normal
